City registration is mandatory before you pull anything

Unlike some neighbouring Pinellas cities, Largo requires contractors to register directly with the city through LCAP — state licence, local business tax receipt, certificate of insurance naming the city, PCCLB card where applicable, and workers' compensation documentation. Registrations expire annually on 30 September, aligned with the PCCLB renewal cycle.

Largo maintains a Tri-City Special Area Plan and an active Downtown Largo and West Bay Drive redevelopment corridor, including a West Bay Drive Complete Streets project, which brings corridor-specific design and infrastructure considerations.
